About Mydas Photography
Welcome to Mydas Photography, one of Hertfordshire's premier social photographers whose unremitting passion for photography and meticulous attention to detail is summarised in our mantra, ‘your images deserve the Mydas touch’.
Based on the outskirts of North London in Bushey, Hertfordshire we specialise in weddings, Barmitzvahs, bat mitzvahs, parties and corporate photography including awards ceremonies, product launches, brochure and website images.
Numerous client testimonials endorse how our unobtrusive style and ability to put even the camera shy at ease, creates wedding and party images reflecting a fusion of romance and fun.
Our principal photographer Maurice developed a passion for photography since he was given his first camera at the age of 13. What was originally a schoolboy hobby led to him eventually establishing Mydas Photography in 2004. Maurice is dedicated to creating works of excellence, offering an exceptionally high level of customer service and value and continuing to keep up with the latest trends in style and post production editing.
Mydas Photography work in some of the most prestigious venues in and around London and the Home Counties including Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Cambridgeshire, Oxfordshire, Surrey and Essex.
We have had the privilege of photographing a variety of public figures and VIPs including Tessa Sanderson CBE, Chancellor George Osborne, Cherie Blair, David Dimbleby, Esther Rantzen, Daley Thompson, Ron Atkinson, Dame Kelly Holmes, Max Clifford, Alan Yentob, Sharon Davis, Sir Trevor Brooking, Pete Waterman, the Chief Rabbi Lord Sacks, Tory party co-chairman Grant Shapps and Lord Levy, members of the family of Sir Winston Churchill, David Badiel, Howard Jacobson, Vanessa Feltz, Natasha Kaplinski, and Naomi Harris.
Whatever the occasion, we will capture the essence of the day with flair, sensitivity and humour.
